- Meets “MBTA Communities” target for Newton of 8,330 units by right near transit (25% of Newton’s 33,320 units in 2020 US Census), which has a deadline of December 31 to pass
- Does not include VC units in Auburndale, Nonantum, Newton Corner & other village centers without T or commuter rail stations, or VC units on upper floors where 1st floor retail is required, which will not count toward MBTA Communities target, and for which no estimate has been provided
